Today while searching for Something for lunch that could feed our crowd here (DH working from home and my Sister visiting) We decided on pizza, since we live so far out in the country there is only one local pizza shop that delivers and today we found out that after 3 years they have closed their doors..We are saddened by this because we had gotten to know the owners well and they fixed my DH's pizza just right (He can't have cheese). I hope that in the future they decide to re-open.
Do ya'll have pizza recipes to share?

Heather sorry to hear about your pizza place. The economy is not looking good at all. Here is a recipe that the guys in my family love.Don't know if you will but I'm trying! Have a blessed day.
3 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cooked and cubed
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 (2 ounce) bottle hot sauce
1 (8 ounce) bottle blue cheese salad dressing (We prefer ranch)
1 (16 inch) prepared pizza crust
1 (8 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
In a medium bowl combine the cubed chicken, melted butter and hot sauce. Mix well. Spread whole bottle of salad dressing over crust, then top with chicken mixture and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Bake in preheated oven until crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly, about 5 to 10 minutes. Let set a few minutes before slicing, and serve.
I see businesses and houses for sale everywhere around here. It just sickens me....and then the President has the gull to think things have only recently started to go bad. This has been going on for YEARS! I feel bad for everyone and hope things can bounce back in time.....
I just noticed the movie rental place that we go to a million times a year has a for sale sign....Guess we'll be renting movies on PPV. It will be cheaper than driving all the way up across town to the one and only Blockbuster. The closest one closed last year!
Good luck finding a new pizza place....
Leslie
Sorry to hear about your pizza place closing down!
I take the easy way out with packaged pizza crust. We make it usually simple that everyone likes...just the pepperoni, cheese, crushed bacon. If I had my way, I'd add more toppings, but that's the way everybody else likes it, so that's usually what we get! I can whip it up really quick and we have it often!
Have a great weekend!
Tammy
