Oh, that sucks! Our Xbox account was hacked last month and they made over $250 in purchases on our card before moving on. Xbox was very helpful and cancelled everything, gave us new membership, etc. The credit card company on the other hand . . . UGH. At first they took the charges off and were very helpful, but now this week they've been sending us letters saying the charges are going back on the bill. We can appeal it but right now I'm too pissed and stressed to even deal with it.
