Spring Greens

I don't have much of a green thumb but when Home Depot had these huge Boston Ferns on sale for only $5.00 last Saturday I knew I had to purchase and give it a go...here's hoping I don't kill it!

Here is the Bonsia Ponytail plant that I've managed to keep it alive for almost 4 years! It really loves this corner of our kitchen and whenever we move it is placed in our kitchen next to a window. 

I'm thinking about setting up a little container garden on our porch this year, We really want to try our hand at growing Tomatos in FL this year. 

Have any of you had a container garden?

Saturday Shopping Hauls

Richard had to run to Radio Shack so I took my time browsing around our local Hallmark store which is closing in June. I was able to score these small items for under $14.00, everything was 50% off. My kids Love those WEBKINZ and play the game on-line 

While shopping at Walmart I found these New Limited Edition Renuzit in some Yummy scents...

It takes me longer to shop this way but the savings are very much worth it!

My Coupon Journey

I have really been cutting, organizing and saving so much money with my coupon binder this year so far! It's a very simple boring binder but CVS, Walgreens, Publix fear me when I enter holding my binder with my coupon match-ups..lol..

Really though I'm doing well saving on Health and Beauty aides, it's food that sometimes I feel like I just am not saving no matter how many coupons I use. Do You feel that too?

Here is my shopping schedule with coupons:

CVS- Health and Beauty aides (toothpaste, ect)
Walgreens- Same as CVS
Publix- B1G1 Free and Silk
Aldi- Everything else (meat, milk, ect.)
