Pictures Hung on Stairs and a Few Easter Decorations

Good Friday!

 

This is the only Easter I have right now because most of my Holiday decorations are still in OH at the Farmhouse. Love how this table has come together, those books under our picture are from my Dad when he was in Elem. School. 

We are going to try a new Church here close to us on Sunday morning and then come home to a nice Ham dinner. I have set up 3 small Easter Baskets for the kids that they will find on the kitchen table when they wake up in the morning. Nice easy Easter Weekend!

Today after watching HGTV and acouple cups of coffee I hung these pictures on the stairs. I think the arrangement turned out cute, I hand-stitched "The Graves est. 1997" in the black frame last year.

Still lots to do but the pictures really make a statement when you enter via the front door.

Tis A Relaxed Valentines Day~Family Style

Happy Valentines Day!!

I went out to a lovely brunch with Richard and surprised the kids with chocolates when they got home from school.

Now to finish the day with a nice T.V. show snuggled with my loved ones on the couch, We are watching Season 2 of Murder She Wrote....can you believe the kids really enjoy watching it with us..lol..

Early Valentines and Some Fun Tweaking

My DH surprised me with an early Valentine present, I have heard the best comments about this movie so I'm excited to see it! Chocolate is an excellent side goodie..Yummo!


I have moved DH's Grandma's sewing machine under my new picture and added some of my Americana. This summer we hope to find some time to finish painting the living room. Sorry about that flash, love the camera but that flash is ssoo bright.

Tomorrow we celebrate C's 10th birthday, I can't believe we have a lil girl in the double digits now!

Last Night and Happy Nov. 1st!!

Last night C and R dressed up as Zombie's..We are very deranged around here..most kids would want to dress up like something cute not my C..She told us she wanted to be a Zombie!! R wanted to be like Sissy but we painted a clown face on him..A was staying home with me because she had an upset stomach. DH took them to a few houses but we just didn't have the energy for alot last night.

Now that THAT is over...on to Thanksgiving!! Happy Nov. 1st!!
